Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using TrackMyInterio you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TrackMyInterio on behalf of a design studio or company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that business.

Who we are

TrackMyInterio is owned and operated by a sole proprietor based in India, trading as TrackMyInterio. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean TrackMyInterio.

What TrackMyInterio is

TrackMyInterio is a web application that helps interior designers and studios manage clients, projects, requirements, quotations, vendors, payments and related records. It also provides a client portal, quotation approval links and a public enquiry form that your clients can use.

TrackMyInterio is under active development. Features may be added, changed or removed over time. We will tell you about significant changes through the app or by email.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you sign up.
• New accounts are reviewed and approved by us before they become active.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the team members you invite.
• Tell us right away at support@trackmyinterio.in if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• One person, one account. Do not share login details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TrackMyInterio for anything unlawful, or to store content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
• Enter information about clients, vendors or other people unless you have the right to do so.
• Try to access other studios' data, probe or break our security, or interfere with the service.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from TrackMyInterio.
• Send spam or misleading content through enquiry forms, approval links or the client portal.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data other than through features we provide.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your data

• You own the information you and your team enter into TrackMyInterio.
• You give us permission to store, process, back up and display that information as needed to provide the service to you, your team and your clients.
• We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for having the right to share your clients', vendors' and team members' details with us.
• We keep backups, but we recommend you export or save important quotations and records yourself.

Client portal, approval links and enquiry forms

• You decide which clients get portal access and which email addresses receive quotation approval links. Keep those details accurate.
• Anyone holding a valid approval link or enquiry link can use it. Treat links as confidential and disable them when they are no longer needed.
• Quotation approvals, comments and enquiries are exchanged between you and your client. TrackMyInterio records them but is not a party to any agreement you make.

Our role

TrackMyInterio is a tool. We do not provide design, legal, tax or accounting services.

• Quotations, tax figures, invoices and payment records are yours to check. Calculations in the app are aids and may not reflect every rule that applies to your business.
• We are not responsible for disputes between you and your clients, vendors or team members.

Plans, trials and payment

• New accounts start with a free trial. The trial length is shown when you sign up.
• When your trial or paid period ends, your account becomes read-only. You can still see your data, but cannot add or change records until you subscribe.
• Paid plans and their prices are shown in the app before you buy, including whether taxes are included.
• When online payments launch, they will be processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We do not store your card, bank or UPI details.
• Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If we permanently withdraw the service during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.
• We may change prices for future periods by giving you notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect.

Availability and support

We work to keep TrackMyInterio available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may pause the service for maintenance or updates and will try to do so at quiet times. Support is by email at support@trackmyinterio.in.

Suspension and ending your account

• You can stop using TrackMyInterio at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how deletion works.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, do not pay for a plan you have chosen, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
• We may also close the service entirely with at least 30 days' notice, during which you can save your data.

Intellectual property

TrackMyInterio, including its software, design, logo and name, belongs to us. These terms do not give you any rights in it beyond using the service. Your content remains yours. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Liability

TrackMyInterio is provided "as is". To the extent Indian law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, or for losses caused by your own actions or by events outside our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to compensate us for losses we suffer because of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. Each version has a version number and date at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in. Continuing to use TrackMyInterio after accepting means the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of India. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
